Purpose

This three-day residential Masterclass is designed to accelerate the capability of the UK's most promising multi-site hospitality leaders. The programme combines internationally recognised coaching practice, advanced leadership thinking, critical decision making, resilience and reflective practice to develop leaders capable of operating successfully at Director level and beyond. Throughout the programme delegates move beyond operational excellence and develop the thinking, behaviours and self-awareness required of senior executives.
