The role: Mentor Judge. Is this you?

- You’re ready to give back and support the next generation.
As a Mentor Judge your role is to:
Oversee & review your given finalists on separate days in trade
Observe operational performance in a live business environment
Use a structured scorecard to assess capability
Provide clear, honest developmental feedback
Sit on the final judging panel
Support your finalists as a mentor and trusted advisor
Recognise and celebrate with us at our Finale Event
We will ask you to commit to: (April-June 2027)
- Finalist day in trade assessments (throughout April & May 2027)
- Feedback submission deadline
- Final judging panel (early June 2027)
- North Star Finale & Award Event (tbc June 2027)
What we ask from you:
- Senior operational insight & judgement
- Honest, constructive feedback
- Commitment to day in trade assessment days
- Ongoing involvement and an active role in the North Star Leadership Community
- A genuine interest in developing & mentoring future leaders
