The role: Mentor Judge. Is this you?

- You’re keen to help identify, mentor and accelerate the next generation of talent.
- You’re ready to give back and support the next generation.
As a Mentor Judge you will:
Host 2 Future Industry Leaders on separate days in trade
Observe operational performance in your business
Use a structured scorecard to assess capability
Provide clear, honest developmental feedback
We will ask you to commit to: (dates tbc)
- 2 x days in trade
- Feedback submission deadline
- Final judging panel (selected judges only & location tbc)
- North Star Finale & Award Event (location tbc)
What we ask from you:
- Senior operational insight & judgement
- Honest, constructive feedback
- Commitment to two assessment days
- Ongoing involvement and an active role in the North Star Leadership Community
- A genuine interest in developing & mentoring future leaders
